texte = just to follow up, someone might have another solution.....Using the Sonic Internet Server Suite, the server does not like acting as a client as well (ie, DNS not found error comes up all the time). Every other client in the world can see it fine. As a result , CGI's, emailer, etc cannot locate the POP/SMTP server if it running on the same machine What i did was set the POP server in WebCat admin to point at our other server (different domain) and hey presto..emails flow. Not ideal but worksAnybody else seen this problem/got other solution suggestions Seanie
