I don't want multiple copies of new customers to be added when the Reload is clicked. My goal is not to have a new record added and customer number incremented if the customer number already exists. What is the best way to make sure that new customer numbers are given out sequentially in a multi-user web environment?I suppose that instead of looking up by customer number, I should search by multiple values, and put the customer number in last. How do I search by multiple values?
