texte = Greetings,We are bidding on a mega site to be built with WC, and the client prefers to keep the developer and the host company separate. We are looking for a well-established WC savvy ISP to host this project. This is an informational site and not a commerce site. The client is an association with 1,700 members. The client expects between 50-100 of these members will be represented in the site with password access to revise their presence, but that could grow over time. SiteEdit access is also necessary for each of the members, and a single FTP account for the client.I expect this site to become pretty busy within 6 months of launch, probably reaching the 5-million/hits per month level within the first year at least. I'd expect somewhere around 5 gigabytes of data transfer per month. This is a very prestigious client, internationally famous. They are demanding premier hosting services and are willing to pay for it. They want 24x7 service. They will also be very selective about the company they choose to host the site. They also do not want to purchase any hardware or software for this project. So if your existing server capacity can not meet their needs, you will need to purchase a new server and software. These costs, if required, should be amortized over a 12 month period and calculated into the monthly hosting fee. The client will commit to a 12-month term only, though in reality, this site is a no-brainer and will be around forever. Our company will develop this project and deliver it to the hosting company. We will also support the client with software support, but hardware support must come from the host.If anyone is interested and can meet their needs, please e-mail me privately. Include detailed info about your network, a client list, history of your company, references, and a monthly charge (the charge can have fixed and variable aspects if you want to price by bandwidth useage.) Please, no start-ups. We need a rock-solid ISP. Thanks!Regards, Karl Schroll Digital Frontier http://www.digitalfrontier.com Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
