I assume that this e-mail is personalized to the client and that is kind of like the page you would like to show? But if you putting your customer's information into a database when they purchase. Redirecting to that page and some how passing a variable to that page specific to them that would pull their information should work also.Ray -----Original Message----- From: Kenneth Grome To: WebDNA-Talk@smithmicro.com Date: Wednesday, February 25, 1998 10:35 PM Subject: Re: Webcat/Webmerchant >>On 2/25/98 7:34 PM, Kenneth Grome wrote: >> >>>>How would one do such a thing, as far as I can tell webmerchant will >>>>email all kinds of stuff, but does not conditionally return a page. >>> >>>Yes it does, that's why there are two different email messages that go >>>with WebMerchant, they are identified in the WebMerchant preferences I >>>believe. >>> >>>But there are only two possible email messages, one for Yippee and one >>>for Sorry, and you cannot use any WebDNA tags in those email messages to >>>perform any additional WebCat tricks on your server, because WebMerchant >>>doesn't understand WebDNA. >> >>I know that it will email the Yippee and the Sorry.
