PCS Tech had suggested switching to the acgi and checking the WebCat error logs. Well, I can't use the acgi because I can't get it to process an index page containing WebDNA (though I can when using the plug-in) and the ErrorLog.txt file is empty. Wit's end time. Unlike when the server locks completely (which, gratefully, has become fairly rare, probably because I'm restarting for this problem almost daily) this isn't a condition that AutoBoot can detect and restart on. We just have to periodically hit our WebCat sites, or far worse, get the client call wondering what's wrong again. I keep getting the sneaking suspicion that it's something to do with SSL on WebTen -- seems to me that we weren't having this problem before utilizing a secure host. I'm open to any other straws I can grasp at : )Rob Marquardt Designer/Resident Wirehead Toast Design300 First Avenue North, Suite 150 Minneapolis MN 55401 612.330.9863 v 612.321.9424 f www.toastdesign.com Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
