It sounds like you're setting up a Book vs. Ship sequence, which we've already provided for one other customer in that WebMerchant understands that if the payMethod field is BK, then it does a PreAuthorization in MacAuthorize, and then later that exact same order file can be dumped back into the Orders folder for the final PostAuthorization.
