Wrap=Virtual does not actually put anything in to the text to indicate a return or break, it just keeps the users from putting returns in the text. I am not sure that 'hard' will actually put breaks in the text either but you might give it a shot.In the past I had asked for a [WrapText] context to control the amount of text allowed per line.
