texte = Apologies for the cross-post, but I beleive this problem can be solved with people on either list.First question.... Which version of WebCat should I be using for w*4.1? I just upgraded a day or so ago. With webCat 3.0.4 I am getting a webstar quit. It's really a crash, but it looks like a quit. There is no dialog box with an error and Rebound! doesn't catch it as a crash. Every other service and program on the same box keeps humming along just fine. The only sign that there is a crash is a debug.log file is created and the WebSTAR.message file is littered with: Heap Manager Error: Block being deleted is not identifiable.(I use cron at 5 minute intervals to relaunch webSTAR otherwise I couldn't sleep at night.)So I thought that maybe I should be using one of the WebCat betas... I remember the problem witht he expires header in b11, so I headed for b12. Things looked OK for a while, but then the pages that were processed by WebCat started to get funky. By funky I mean that some of the html was missing resulting in botched up tables, missing form elements, etc. The html taht got returned on any .tpl page was unpredictable. So it's back to 3.0.4 (unless anyone has any other suggestions) and it's been running for an hour and 15 minutes. Crash (quits) usually happen within 3 hours, so we'll see what happens.Side notes:-I'm firing up w*4.1 and b12 on a developemnt server to see if I can discern any pattern to the html munging.-Debug.logs have been sent to everyone I can think of at *9 since Thursday but I haven't heard anything back yet.___Joe___._________________________________________________ Joseph D'Andrea JoeDan@West21.com WEST21.com Internet services for the 21st Century http://www.west21.com/ _________________________________________________ ------------------------------------------------------------- Brought to you by CommuniGate Pro - The Buzz Word Compliant Messaging Server.
