texte = To get it working immediately do this: Flush db's using WebDNA admin page. Then, set permissions using Right-=20= Click -> Get Info. Set the DB files so that everyone can read and write. You'll need to be more detailed regarding ownership & permissions for =20= better security. After you get it figured out, you can change =20 ownership to a specific group and restrict write accordingly. The big difference between OS9 and OS X is unix style ownership & =20 permissions. It gets confusing because in addition to the web user =20 being a member of a particular group, the WebDNA process, itself is =20 also a member of a group. Also, permissions made to a database on disk will get blow away by =20 WebDNA unless you flush the databases first. the permissions stay =20 with the db file, even in RAM and the RAM copy supersedes the disk copy.
