Webcat Installation Problem?

texte = I am trying to evaluate the Webcatalog Demo locally using Omni-HTTPDserver on windows 98. I have the Mime set (wwwserver/shellcgi .tpl)and .tpl mapped to$Webcat. So far I have not been able to get WebCatalogto serve pages.
