Convertchars bug?

texte = I created a special convertchars database that has the original characters in the 'from' field and their html entities in the 'to' field, but webdna seems to have a problem with one of the character conversions ...Instead of replacing a blank space with like it should, webdna replaces blank spaces with + which is the html entity for a plus sign.Why does webdna think that my blank spaces are plus signs?What's going on here? Is this a bug???If this is not a bug, how can I make it work properly? Here are the first few lines of the db:from to ! !
