texte = Hi Li, Need more specific info... Are you using the [Purchase] tag/command to move the orderfile to your stores 'orders' folder? Is so, do the orderfiles actually get moved to the orders folder. Are you then launching the ProcessOrders.tpl file in your stores WebMerchant folder? This would normally be launched via a WebDNA trigger. If so, what happens to the order files?
