Yesterday, we had a problem with ourserver freezing up (it eventually crashed). During this time several ordersthat had been 'shipped' that were never written to the orders.db. The orderfiles were moved to the completedOrders folder and the order file itself waswiped out (the orderfiles themselves remain but the order info is gone). The BOOK info was written to the orders.db so I was able to recreate theorder file but I'm not able to reship it for some reason. So this is whatI'm doing:1) I move the order file back into the pending pending folder and change thepaymethod back to BK2) Re-ship (order changed from BK to SH and moves to the orders folder, thenthe completedOrders folder)At this point, the order file is wiped out and nothing is written into theorders.db.Am I doing something that's obviously wrong? Worst case scenario, we chargeall these orders manually and I write some code to get the SALE (ship)record in the orders.db.Thanks,Tana-------------------------------------------------------------This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list
