texte = Over the years Network Solutions was always there for me in the middle of the night when I had problems. I've found their tech support to be impeccable compared to Dot Earth, Register.com and Tucows. I require all my customers to register through NetSol and I give them the reasons why they have better support and service than anyone else. I mean, it's my opinion, and it's based from my 10 years experience with InterNIC -> Net Sol -> Verisign -> Net Sol. I know I could use someone else and save a ton of money myself, and save my customers money too, but last summer when my DNS domain went into LOCK I doubt any other company could have helped me fix the problem as quickly as my VIP support team at Net Sol. It's times like those make me glad I stay with them. I've also learned that my core business is Web Programming and hosting. Every time we attempt to expand the company into different areas of business, no matter how similar, the productivity and success of the core business goes down. Through my own dealings I discovered what many business and market analysts will tell you about businesses: Stay focused on your core business and become the best, don't diversify. But web programming is not really a love of mine and maybe some day when I have a Sys Admin with free time I'll look into becoming a Registrar again, as well as other areas of interest.
