texte = I'm in the middle of a NetSol nightmare right now with a client.... :O He had a former employee register their domain somehow without using a User= =20 I.D. Not sure how the system let her do that, but it did. We're trying to= =20 modify the DNS but the owner can't log into the account - he never had the= =20 password for NetSol and even after working with their tech support, a blank= =20 user ID and the password won't authenticate. They've failed to reset the=20 account as well. Here's a CC from his last email that is funny, but sad: " Thanks for the reply Luis, however, how in the world do I login to the=20 Account Manager WITHOUT A USER I.D.???!!!! Please see my original=20 e-mail. Below is a response from Network Solutions and you will see=85the= =20 USER ID IS BLANK, therefore, I can not login to Account Manager. Please=20 help by understanding that I HAVE NO USER ID. Thanks. " It is a bit of an unusual circumstance I guess, but how in the world did=20 their system let the former employee register without a User I.D. is beyond= me.
