The only difference is the return code from the state's server - I suspect a malformed URL or some other such thing. But I cannot get access to their code to see. I will be analyzing the logs and running tests as soon as we put the election to bed. I will keep the list informed of any relevant information. Regarding code errors - you would expect to see a repeat of the problem, especially in the election system where the upload and query processes run all night and the rest of the week redundantly. The only difference is the return code from the state's server - I suspect a malformed URL or some other such thing. But I cannot get access to their code to see. I will be analyzing the logs and running tests as soon as we put the election to bed. I will keep the list informed of any relevant information.
