I don't blame Alain for wanting to block Ken and his spam. Alain offers (or has offered) valuable unconditional assitance and code to the list over the years (as have many others). I don't take such a direct response but frankly, I don't understand why Ken thinks we want to hear about Bat Guano, Time Shares, WebDNA bashing, and yes, his competing service (not to mention his sometimes wordy rhetoric). I can and do appreciate his help over the years but it seems it is never without some un-necessary BS.. lately, he reminds me of the (american) commercial where the guy is walking around spamming those next to him. There's just better avenues to market your business than a technical talk list! I get tired of his "conditional" assistance he provides.. 1 helpfull solution, 2 promotions, I think is his formula. Yes, I could do a silent trashing of his emails as well, but I'd rather try and steer this list to a helpfull and progressive tech list. Ken, you've said it yourself.. We don't want to utilize your service (and those that do know how to find you) so why do you continue to harrass me through this list?
