texte = There is a "hack" as I call it - and to be honest, I don't recall exactly how it goes as I've had no luck with it. Donovan has posted it before and ISTR that you use any unique character for the condition, [showif [something] | [something]] ? Maybe he'll pop on here and supply that answer. What's your condition and I'll show you the IF/THEN to use for it if you like.
