I know we don't participate much in your discussions on= a regular basis but we have done a number of major projects on WebDNA, hav=e 3 products developed on it and various web-based systems in at least two =dozen of Fortune 1000 clients - so I would not consider myself a small fish= in your little pond :)The only problem with WebDNA I have at this point (aside of architectural d=efficiencies that my developers been rambling for years about) - support on= latest versions of MacOS, Linux, Solaris and Intel. Stability is a concer=n too - in last year or two we've seen way more WebDNA crashes under variou=s functions that noone can explain then before. I would also love to have =better MySQL integration but that's a separate discussion.I was preparing to move away and migrate to PHP (and I already do have some= products that are PHP and perl based only) but at this point stopped and l=ooking to see what will happen and how quickly - you do have my support and= faith in you at this point. Not sure what this is worth, but figures I"ll add my voice to the discussio=n.Sorry can't dedicate any time or resources to help with all of this r&d sta=ff - have economy to fight and world to take over.cheerstimTimur Y. We are working on it now, every day, sometimesnights and weekends. You can imagine that if a billion dollar companyhas not been able to do it in 4 years, considering the investment wasnot worth it, we will need more than two months to achieve it.We only have our work, conviction, somewhat limited resources, but weWILL do it, beceause we strongly believe in WebDNA and we sacrified tothis product much more than what you can possibly imagine. We have an extremely clear strategic priorities and proper tactics toachieve it, just because there is no other way to succeed. Now, if you think you cannot wait and want to plunge into the phppool, there is nothing we can do to prevent you to do it.Thanks for your concerns about eroding our current support.chrisOn Oct 10, 2008, at 16:11, Chris Wilkinson wrote:> Hi Chris and Donovan,>> Before I hit send to the list (see below), I decided to share my> thoughts with you privately instead, as I don't want to do anything> that could potentially erode your current support.
