Fortunately WebDNA is powerful enough that the tools are there for you to "do it yourself" if you want it badly enough. I would do it if there were enough money available to pay for my programming time. But I would prefer to start with a clean slate and build an entirely new commerce system on v7 that's modern, flexible and easily customized with drop-in modules. To me this seems a much better approach for the future, rather than trying to make v7 backwards compatible with v6 simply because a few old users feel like upgrading to v7 for some reason. Anyways the current version of v7 is (I think) still backwards compatible with v6, except possibly for that [validcard] issue someone mentioned recently. You could try it and see, and if I'm correct then you can probably use the current v7 until the next upgrade is released. Sincerely, Kenneth Grome
