[WebDNA] Cannot amend WebDNA prefs

If I access the WebDNA settings page at this URL: http://www.mydomain.com/cgi-bin/WebCatalogEngine/Admin/AdminPrefs.tpl make some changes and then click 'save changes' - I get redirected to: http://www.mydomain.com/ and the changes are not saved. Permissions on the 'WebCatalog Prefs' file match those on other dbs that we can amend - such as the 'Triggers.db'. Anyone have any ideas?
