So are you referring to someone else?If so, who?> the WebDNA list server is clearly not a Yahoo server. This does not matter because the headers added by the listserver identify it as a list server, and therefore it is notsubject to the same DMARC policies as the original sender. Here's my understanding:Any misaligned posts received and then sent out by thelist server will be rejected by the final mail server *IF*that final mail server is a Yahoo or Google SMTP server *OR*if that final mail server employs the same strict DMARCpolicies as Google or Yahoo. This explains why some of us receive all talk list postswhile others do not. Bottom line:If your subscribed address is provided by Google or Yahooyou will NOT always receive every talk list post when theoriginal sender posted via a misaligned SMTP server.I think these DMARC mail delivery failures would "go awaycompletely" if the subscribers to this list would always usetheir email account provider's SMTP servers. In other words:1- If your subscribed email address is provided by Google, always send your posts via the Google SMTP server.2- If your subscribed email address is provided by Yahoo, always send your posts via the Yahoo SMTP server.3- If your subscribed email address is provided by any othercompany that strictly applies DMARC policies, always send yourposts via that company's SMTP server.Regards,Kenneth GromeWebDNA Solutionshttp://www.webdnasolutions.comUrgent/Emergency Phone: (228) 222-2917Website, Database, Network, and Communication Systems---------------------------------------------------------This message is sent to you because you are subscribed tothe mailing list talk@webdna.usTo unsubscribe, E-mail to: talk-leave@webdna.usarchives: http://www.webdna.us/page.dna?numero=55Bug Reporting: support@webdna.us.
