1. Contact Christophe for full servic= e hosting

2. Get a cloud server from DigitalOcean. I= have been making WebDNA Server or fcgi images at no cost. Starts from $10/m= onth. 

3. Get a cloud service from one of the m= yriad cloud service providers and set up yourself. 

4. As per #3 but get someone to set it up for you. 
In the self hosted solutions you can get a free ssl via let=E2=80= =99s encrypt or buy one from about $5/year.
