[sendmail] line breaks?

.. nope. Tried saving with unix, mac etc. linebreaks from BBEdit... nope. How can I pretty this up a bit from _within_ the [sendmail] contexts of my Thanks.tpl page?Also, I have set up a protected directory that allows my client to process there orders received from email at /process/ViewOrder.tpl. The problem is that none of my order information is being passed to the ViewOrder.tpl from my Thanks.tpl. I've noticed that there is no [purchase] command on my thanks.tpl and yet when I add one I get an, this cart is already purchased and pending error (yes I confirmed it was a new cart, super reload etc.). There doesn't seem to be any db listed in the ViewOrder.tpl also.. hrm.
