texte = Removed the .txt db extension from prefs;Tried creating the new file with the extension .inc instead of .txt - same result.My [include] tag works fine with other .html and .txt files, just not the file I have created with [writefile].Also, the file I have created with [writefile] can be served and viewed thru a browser as a .txt file.I have tried changing the file's creator with BBedit.
