They were pretty badly broken until around 3.0.5b11. We're running Webstar 4.2 and OS 9.0.4 on a G4/500 with very few trigger problems. We still have a couple issues with daily Triggers re-executing after a crash. It's almost as if the $flushdatabases we do every 15 minutes (on a Trigger, well, 4 triggers) sometimes doesn't flush the Triggers.db to disk. When Webcat comes back up after a crash/reboot, it sees that some triggers need to be re-executed according to the db on disk...For things that are extremely imperative to only execute once per day, we create a status file containing the date of last execution and then check it before running each time.FEATURE REQUEST for 4.1: Please make triggers act more like cron, i.e. allow multiple values per time increment. I want to specify 1,16,31,46 in the minutes column to run a trigger 4 times per hour.Thanks,-Dale -- Dale LaFountain Vice President of Information Technology, WebMaster Dark Horse Comics, Inc. mailto:dalel@darkhorse.com Phone: 503-652-8815 x324 http://www.darkhorse.com/------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
