Right now I am trying out wusage, in part because they offer a great non-profit discount (the main non-profit I host for is 501c registered in the US) and since they can turn the numbers in as justification for some grants they get, they can afford to pay for the non-profit version of the license.Urchin looks real nice, I wonder how they get revenue numbers, unless you have to manually enter that someplace.Seems the new version (4.x) now has a higher price tag - $695.00 probably good value for the money, but too rich for me right now. Thanks for the link.DaleOn Tuesday, August 20, 2002, at 11:41 AM, Andrew Simpson wrote:>> From your post to the list check this out:>> http://stats.blackpepper.co.nz/logicalsystems.co.nz>> We use a site reporting package called Urchin which taps into the web > server> logs.>> It is very very cool and does extremely neat things.>> I think $3-$400 US dollars buys you a 25 site license which also > includes an> overall web server ³system report² with $250 US Dollars buying > additional> licenses.>> I First saw this price tag and decided to write something in DNA myself > and> ran that for about a year but it got tricky when you want to do things > like> average time a user spends on your site, where they came from, the > search> terms they used in a search engine to get to your site, dynamically > graph> the results over different time periods, track a single user or group of> users from entry to exit through each click, measure users, pageviews as> well as hits, ecommerce reporting...
