To correct that, go to Edit > Preferences then Code Rewriting. - Uncheck everything - add .tpl, .htm, .html to the list of file types to never rewrite code for (probably overkill if you uncheck everything, but I'd rather be safe) - make sure that the radio button that reads "Do NOT encode special characters" is selected under URL Encoding.
