I would just say that the "and/or their payment details" comment left me wondering. If people are entering credit card info and then abandoning the cart, there is something wrong. If I have my drothers, I always make the act of entering payment details the same act as hitting the "purchase button". Then, it *is* in fact an order once the payment details are entered.
