tcpSend variables not seen

texte = Trying to get some TCPSend action, but it just isn't doing anything. I know the page is being hit because I see it in the server log, but the incoming variables are being ignored. What am I missing? When I hardcode one of the variables at the top of the page, it invokes the replace I'm looking for, so I know the landing page is okay.
