I like WebDNA, but when it comes to a lot of things itjust can't hold up to ColdFusion.ColdFusion is based on Java. Thus if you don't have something you need in CFyou just use Java. The integration with Java is so easy you can't evenimagine. Two tags and the Java class is at your hands.Another thing is the database integration. I have spoken to SMSI for thelast couple of years to integrate API's to every database, but they have notdone so. with CF you just chose your database driver and your applicationjust works, independent of the database (unless you did specific databaseSQl, like stored procedures and alike). We are in the middle of testing the newest CF Version 8 and it will blow alot of people away. Seriously, it would take SMSI a lot of resources tobring WebDNA to that level.Anyhow, just a very short overview (and of course you could argue on thesepoints too, but I won't reply. :-)NitaiOn 3/7/07 5:31 PM, "Donovan Brooke"
