.XLS file problems

texte = Hi I have created an xls file (Excel) using write file The file downloads & opens OK when I FTP or download using Safari, Firefox on Mac and FireFox on PC, however IE7 on PC "spits the dummy", it won't download, file not found, any idea what is going wrong ?
