Removing WebDNA.fcgi is mostly removing the entire folder /Library/Server/Web/Data/Sites/Default/WebDNA/ and removing the added lines in /private/etc/apache2/httpd.conf I just tested again on 10.10.1 server, the OSX installer online is = working fine, with the correct JAVA version previously installed. If = Yosemite complains the package is not verified, just open it from = "System Preferences" > "Security and Privacy".
