Wanna try to do the webdna install first, make sure it works with IIS, then install the control panel... I haven't set up ftp on my new server yet, I want Plesk to handle those tasks..... Assuming IIS7 OR 8, am not that familiar with the in= terface but recall a 403 being caused by either trying to resolve a page ov= er https without a root certificate installed, or that the Windows account = that represents web users (IIS_IUSRS perhaps?) doesn=92t have the right permissions on the folders underlying t= he virtual directory(s) in question.
