I must say though, that it is a grand idea and congratulations for creating a means of having customers support each other as best they can. As for the truncation on Eudora email, I had the problem originally, and unfortunately still do.Here's my case (for what it's worth):configuration: IIS3.0 & iMail EudoraPro4 clientform.html
sendmail.html [sendmail to=Kim@cnetech.com&from=[Email]&Subject=Feedback][Name] submitted feedback, here's what he/she thought: Additional Comments: [Comments] [/sendmail]email recieved: As long as the person filling out the form does not press the return key, the entire input is submitted properly, however, if the person does press return, the email message is truncated at that carriage return.odd part: I simply change the to email address to ray@mindinfo (also using EudoraPro4 client) and the email message is fine. He on the other hand uses IIS4 and Sendmail on Unix. Now, I understand that some folks are too lazy to change incorrect configurations, but I must say that this is only problem that I have experienced with IIS3 or iMail, and at this point in time have not found a control panel with an option to send email messages correctly. I posted this problem to the list about a month ago, and there was never a solution found, but perhaps Steve, you will get a little more response. And perhaps PCS Tech Support will consider not only an Advanced WebCat mailing list, but also a Beginner level for those of us who have not been using sendmail commands for years.Kimberly Wyrick ---------- >From: Kenneth Grome >To: WebDNA-Talk@smithmicro.com >Subject: Re: Sendmail truncation in Eudora Clients >Date: Wed, Aug 26, 1998, 8:10 PM >>>I really surprised you never heard of this subject Ken.
