Order problem

texte = I am experiencing a strange problem with the order files. When an order is placed, it goes through and is saved to the order file with no problems, but a short time after (anywhere from 2 minutes to three hours) another order file appears in the Orders folder with the exact same number, but with 'ship' appended to the end of it.
