texte = Yes, that's exactly what I thought, but was confused by the docs, which cites an example of SetHeader using the db= parameter. AND, the docs show the db= as a valid parameter for the SetHeader context (although they do not state that it is required). This got me thinking of possible situations where the db would be necessary. I haven't thought of one yet. Thus my initial question. Thanks Bob and Stuart.Mike On Sunday, August 18, 2002, at 04:45 PM, Stuart Tremain wrote:> You only need to specify the db when you [addlineitem]. > > [SetHeader] is used to store info not related to the lineitem. > > > [AddlineItem] needs the db specified because it looks at the db to > get the price of the SKU - this is a security thing so people can > not alter the price of your products. > > > -- > Stuart Tremain > idfk web developments - Australia > > On Saturday, 17 August 2002, Michael Davis wrote: >> I've looked at the docs and cannot determine if the &db=some.db >> parameter of the [setheader cart=[cart]] tag is required. Yes, that's exactly what I thought, but was confused by the docs, which cites an example of SetHeader using the db= parameter. AND, the docs show the db= as a valid parameter for the SetHeader context (although they do not state that it is required). This got me thinking of possible situations where the db would be necessary. I haven't thought of one yet.
