texte = My eCommerce Edition has "CMS Builder". What's the difference from CMS inEnterprise? For that matter...how is SiteBuilder different from CMS and CMSBuilder? I know the difference from template design and content managementbut is there a comparison somewhere we can look at? Or maybe a quick"overview" of all of the tools so we know which one will be most useful. Also, which of these have encrypted templates and which do not. I noticedCMS in the developer version has them encrypted. It would be nice to knowwhat we can control and what we can not. Sorry for all the questions. Inever used any "out-of-the-box" functionality that came with WebDNA. Iusually built it all from scratch....but hey, why reinvent thewheel....right? I've read the docs but it the description of each tool israther vague.Mike-----Original Message-----From: Donovan Brooke [mailto:dbrooke@webdna.us] Sent: Monday, February 02, 2009 1:18 PMTo: talk@webdna.usSubject: Re: [WebDNA] CMS in WEBDNAExtending my comments on this a bit... :-)This morning I had more time to take another look atthis tool. I have to admit that, once I learned abit about it, I rather like it. It is actually more compatiblewith browsers than I thought! (I use SeaMonkey mostof the time and it works just find in that.. which isbasically FireFox) Also, theeditor is really not that bad at all! It is notso different than the FCKeditor mentioned earlier.Since WSC acquired WebDNA, we have had prioritiesto work through, and learning about WebDNA's CMS was notone that was high up. However, I can say now thatit works, and that I am now more interested in takinga further look at it to see how it can be improved.I've created a forum thread at: forum.webdna.us,for those of you who have the enterprise edition andwant to talk more about it.Donovan-- Donovan D.
