[WebDNA] Check to see if certain characters are numeric?

I'm pulling data from another database where the first 4 characters of a field could be the model year of the vehicle or it would be the manufacturer name e.g. International, Freightliner, etc. There is also the possibility that the field could be blank. I'm pulli= ng data from another database where the first 4 characters of a field could= be the model year of the vehicle or it would be the manufacturer name e.g.= International, Freightliner, etc. There is also the possibility that the f= ield could be blank.
