When I'm doing form submissions like this on the Mac, I'll put %0A at the *beginning* of each new line since the carriage return (%0D) is being encoded in the file itself at the end of the previous line. I'm wondering if MacOS X, with it's Unix underpinnings, may be sending more characters then you planned on and causing problems.
