I swear this is what is happening to us, I just can't duplicate it. So here's how it would go: Shopper 1 enters site and a cart number is generated. Sometime later, shopper 2 enters the site, and the *same* cart # is generated. This overwrites everything in Shopper 1's cart with blank data. Any complaints from anyone yet about their order gone missing, or is this site not used for ecommerce? -Will On Monday, September 22, 2003, at 07:45 PM, Jesse Williams-Proudman wrote: > On 9/22/03 5:41 PM, "WJ Starck" wrote: > >> Is it possible that 5.1 is generating a duplicate cart #, which is >> then >> wiping out information? > > That's an interesting idea... What I mean is, not a duplicate cart, so that you have two simultaneously, just a repeat of a cart # that as already been generated.
