Carts are being deleted prematurely, this is how it happens...Visitor 1 comes to the site they get a unique cart assigned.Visitor 2 comes to the site they get a unique cart assigned. As soon as visitor 2 adds something to their cart and the lineitems cart clearing code runs any older carts are cleared out, including Visitor 1's recently created cart. The SweepCartFrequency pref is set to the default 1440 minutes (24 hours) but it seems to be ignored.Lineitems can be added to Visitor 1's cart with no effect on Visitor 2's cart. This behaviour gives us the impression that cart information is being wiped because when Visitor 1 hits a link which carries their cart number a 'new' cart is created (in place of the one Visitor 2 deleted) with the original 'Visitor 1 cart number' but it obviously contains no information. We were running 5.1c on Mac OS X 10.2.8. We tried upgrading to 5.1e but this shows the same problem. About two weeks ago we upgraded to 10.2.8 (from 10.2.6) this is the only change for ages but seems to coincide with the problem starting.Restarting the server or WebCat makes no difference. We have UK date/time settings on the server.Paul-------------------------------------------------------------This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list
