How I make this work on Apache w/ WebDNA 5 is the following: 1) Used the ftpaccess file to set all files that are uploaded via ftp to be 664 w/ the user as the ftp user and the group as apache. 2) Add clients to the /etc/group file in the apache group. So when WebCatalog creates a new file, it creates it was permissions as 660 and the user and group as apache. Because the FTP user is in the apache group, they ftp user is then able to modify the WebCat files...
