Authorize.Net and AIM

I have been trying to get Authorize.Net's AIM to work.  My browser gets a blank response back when I access the page below from a form; I think a TCPconnection with Authorize.Net happens, but if it does, I don't see any of the response.  I would be very interested to see a (successful) template that departs in any respect from the following:
