texte = We wrote the tests between PHP & WebDNA, both languages have their strengths and weaknesses. Heres the results of our performance comparison between the 2 .. http://utility.blackpepper.co.nz/webdna_speed/webdna_speed.html and PHP version of the same tests http://utility.blackpepper.co.nz/webdna_speed/php_speed.php FYI - PHP5 has a RAM resident database system, SQLLite which runs from flat files on disk, does not need a db server and has full SQL access to the data.
