Same as you, I think the scalability and stability ismore important then anything.Going from this standpoint how good is WebDNA in this? I love this languageand think it has very very good potential on today's market. My only concernis the "connectors/interfaces" to other applications like SAP or databaseslike Oracle, DB2, XML and and and.I think if WebDNA would feature those things, that ColdFusion or PHP comewith, then there is nothing to worry about. Well, one more thing. Thecustomer's main point is the penetration on the market of WebDNA. But thatis marketing and I already said in another mail that marketing is not sogood for WebDNA :-(Nitai--Redakto - Content Management that simply worksContent Management & eBusiness Systems ComputerOilR AGDammstrasse 75400 Baden / SwitzerlandTelefon +41 (0)844 44 55 66 info@computeroil.comhttp://computeroil.com-----Original Message-----From: WebDNA Talk [mailto:WebDNA-Talk@talk.smithmicro.com] On Behalf OfDonovan BrookeSent: Tuesday, July 27, 2004 10:12 PMTo: WebDNA TalkSubject: Re: WebDNA performance comparisons?ComputerOil - Nitai wrote:[snip]There has been some talk on this list about performance and someone> (sorry forgot the name) made some templates to test. You can find info on the performance templates in the developer sectionof my site... they only compare webdna servers with each other. There has been lotsa talk about testing PHP and webdna... not much (alittle)action though. However, I don't know why folks are so concerned about this...
