I have never coded anything on his and he has never coded anything on mine. There are no common sites whatsoever, in fact we usually have taken very different ways to solve coding things in the past. So basically no connection other than existing in the same physical rack. We use the same supplier for access but are on different subnets.> Beyond that, I just don't think any of you guys/gals are posting > enough> details to make any sort of rational judgment of what is going on.That's the problem, there is nothing to tell, we have perfectly normal setups with machines that have worked for years without problem then this all started. Only thing that has been applied is the Apple updates so it kinda has to be related to that I think but where to start looking - it is so random. I host about 60 sites all of which I have coded and all of which have been around for ages.> I think I'll defer to Steve Craig's assessment and just blame it> on SMSI attacking our servers! ;-)Well I need to blame it on something and seems very strange that there are others experiencing it. Seriously though I think it must be an OSX update issue but it would be interesting to know when other machines go off just in case they all go in a similar time period. On a slightly different subject, I am testing a server using Leopard and WebDNA, so far so good but I'm wondering if anyone knows of some software I can start on a few client machines to soak test the server for while? I'd like to hit it with lots of hits over a week or so just to see if anything creeps up. Anyone any suggestions?Cheers========================================Steve Craig - Asylum Interactive LtdTel +44 1330 860550 Fax +44 1330 860880========================================http://www.asylumweb.comEmail: steve@asylumweb.comSkype: s.craig - iChat: steve.craig========================================-------------------------------------------------------------This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list
