texte = Hi I think an off-list discussion is a great idea. I haven't had anything setu= p for this for a while so your offer is accepted gratefully. It seems at this point that there is a split between who wants to do what, so I propose that we establish the new discussion, then I'll share my thoughts on the best approach.
