texte = Have to agree with all you said. I wrote my original shopping cart system using the built in tags and cart files (but not Storebuilder) and refined it over the years, but I never liked the idea of the individual files. The last shopping cart I wrote -- admittedly a simpler one -- was built from normal tags without using any of the commerce tags. It was actually a lot easier since there weren't any vague gotchas (when you need the password parameter, what actually are the fields in the header, etc.) so I knew exactly what I was getting.
