It seems more like divergence instead. Phones are getting smaller and the screens are already too small to read very much text. PDA's are getting bigger and have better screens, but aren't telephones. Few people are likely to want to carry around a big, heavy PDA as well as a tiny cell phone just to shop.I looked at WS4D when I was evaluating ecommerce software. It has some feature that allows data to be viewed on cell phone screens, but I didn't pay much attention to it.
